One of our notable projects from 2018 showcases our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
This project involved collaborating with a mum and dad developer to build two homes: a forever home and an investment property.
On this project at Tuncer Homes we really cut our teeth into providing confidence with the clients even with such a challenging site.
The forever home was designed to provide ultimate comfort and luxury for the family.

With all great projects comes great challenges this one being the most challenging yet.
The proposed build site had a slope of 4.5m front to back. With the knowledge and expertise of all trades and staff we were able to overcome the challenges working closely with architects, engineers and municipalities.
Coordinating build process, workplace health & safety, arranging deliveries onto this project meant that extra care and time had to be taken.
The finished product speaks for itself.
