Another standout project from 2022 exemplifies our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
This project involved working with a wonderful mum and dad client who had two distinct goals: developing one home for investment and creating a forever home for their family. We successfully delivered both homes on time, and precisely to the clients’ specifications.
The forever home features a stunning Hampton-style facade and a kitchen with a walk in pantry & elegant shaker doors throughout.
We installed engineered flooring throughout the home and heated flooring in the bathrooms, ensuring comfort for their three children.
For year-round climate control, we provided a reverse cycle ducted heater with an add-on refrigerated unit, keeping the home cool in summer and warm in winter. Paired up with the 7 star energy rating it is the perfect match.
